Compact C6 - C16 Biomass Boiler

Automatical feeding with woodpellets, grain, chips a.o.t.

The Compact boiler can without any special equipment use the most granulated and dried bio-fuels. Wood pellets must be regarded as the optimum fuel, but also grain, chips etc. are useful types of biofuel.

To ensure optimum combustion, Passat Energi A/S has new developed an advanced microprocessor control which by mesuring the oxygen content in the flue gas precisely adjusts the air and fuel supply in all operating conditions, as long as the heating demand is at least 30% of the boiler’s nominal capacity. The heat from the combustion is transferred to the boiler water which surrounds the combustion chamber and the heat exchanger. The effective construction of these components ensure a low fluegas temperature and high efficiency rate.


Ash pan All the boilers are as standard delivered with large ashpan for several weeks of operation. In addtion it is possible to replace the ashpan with automatic deahsing system. The pushing system pushes ash into the auger, which transport the ash to the ashpan. The emtying cycle will be longer and it gives you more flexibility. The emptying cycles are depended on fuel types.	Heat exchanger The convection system in the compact boiler is essential, because it always ensures high efficiency. The hot fluegases from the combustion will be cooled down and transferred to the water.	Pushing System The patented pushing system ensures controlled feeding of fuel to the burning chamber. There are no augers in the pushing system, this ensures high flexibility of fuel types, and very long service intervals.
